Meet Your Mentor in Culinary Creativity
For over a decade, I’ve been shaping culinary experiences across the globe—from Cambodia to Qatar, London to Paris—bringing food concepts to life through product development, workshops, chef training, and immersive dining experiences.
My passion for education and food design has led me to design and conduct over 50+ workshops in photography, graphic design, art, and marketing. Now, I combine this diverse background with my expertise in plant-based cuisine to help chefs and food entrepreneurs turn their visions into reality.
With formal training from Matthew Kenney Culinary School, Hofmann Culinary School, and more, I specialize in:
