The act of cooking is a social bonding gesture of hospitality and generosity, amplifying social relations and serving as a powerful tool for transforming human reality (who we feed, with whom we eat) as well as the environment (the place where we eat, where the food is prepared and where the ingredients come from).
It's my goal to provide advice and guidance to businesses, entrepreneurs, cooks, and all those interested in creating in the plant-based world – at any stage of their project – with a proposal that is tailored to their needs.

Throughout my career, I have designed and conducted over 50 workshops on topics such as photography, graphic design, art, and marketing. Education and food design are two of my passions.
As a food designer, I have been able to successfully bring concepts to life around the world, from Cambodia, Qatar, London, and Paris, crafting ever-evolving experiences.
I specialize in plant-based food cuisine, food experiences, product development, workshops, chef training, and creative concepts centred around food.
My culinary education includes Matthew Kenney Culinary School, Hofmann Culinary School, and others.
